S.I. No. 107/2023 - Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th March, 2023.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 47 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The 8th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which sections 3 , 13 and 14 of the Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 47 of 2022) shall come into operation.
