S.I. No. 702/2022 - Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th December, 2022.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), make the following regulations:

1. These are the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No. 2) (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on the 22 December 2022.

2. The following are revoked:

(a) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No. 2) Regulations 2022, and

(b) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations provide for the removal of temporary measures formerly in place to combat the threat posed by avian influenza in Country Monaghan.
