S.I. No. 695/2022 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd December, 2022.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 31st day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 5(2) of and Schedule 2 to the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 23 of 2014), insofar as those provisions relate to the amendment specified in item 1(a) of Part 3 of that Schedule, shall come into operation.
