Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th January, 2023.

I, Charlie McConalogue, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 9th day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022) come into operation.
