I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Regulation 17 of the European Union (Official Controls in relation to Food Legislation) Regulations 2020 ( S.I. No. 79 of 2020 ), make the following designations:

1. The following laboratory is designated as an official laboratory:

2. The members of the following classes of persons are designated as approved examiners at the above designated official laboratory:
