Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, Helen McEntee, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 55 (3) of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Section 55) (Stardust Inquest Jury Summons) Regulations 2022.

2. The form set out in the Schedule is prescribed for the purposes of section 55 (3) of the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 19 of 2022).
