S.I. No. 496/2022 - Birth Information And Tracing Act 2022 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 7th October, 2022.

I, HEATHER HUMPHREYS, Minister for Social Protection, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (No. 14 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 3rd day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the Birth Information and Tracing Act 2022 (No. 14 of 2022) shall come into operation.
