S.I. No. 202/2022 - Sea-Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th April, 2022.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15(4) of the Sea-Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 2 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 3rd day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Sea Fisheries (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 2 of 2022) shall come into operation.
