Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th June, 2021.

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Restriction on Assembly of Live Birds) Regulations 2020 (Revocation) Regulations 2021.

2. The Avian Influenza (Restriction on Assembly of Live Birds) Regulations 2020 are revoked.
