S.I. No. 426/2020 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th October, 2020.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment) Order 2020.

2. The following persons, particulars of whose addresses have been deposited at the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment, are appointed to be special advisers to the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment:

(a) John McDonald, with effect from 29 June 2020;

(b) Paul Kenny and Margaret Ward, with effect from 8 July 2020.
