S.I. No. 255/2020 - Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th July, 2020.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 5 (3) and 18 (4) (as amended by section 35 (1) of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 (No. 12 of 2003)) of the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (No. 37 of 1998), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 August 2020.

2. The Investor Compensation Act 1998 (Prescription of Bodies and Persons) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 395 of 2015 ) are amended by the substitution of the following for paragraph (c) of Regulation 2:

“(c) Caroline Gill;”
