S.I. No. 435/2019 - Appointment of Special Adviser to (Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th August, 2019.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport) (No. 1) Order 2019.

2. Richard Moore, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Transport, Tourism and Sport, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport on a temporary basis with effect from 01 July 2019.
