I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 15 (2) of the Central Bank (National Claims Information Database) Act 2018 (No. 42 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Bank (National Claims Information Database) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 28th day of January 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Central Bank (National Claims Information Database) Act 2018 (No. 42 of 2018) shall come into operation.
