CHILDREN’S HEALTH ACT 2018 (COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS) ORDER 2018 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th December, 2018. | ||
I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Children’s Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Children’s Health Act 2018 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 3rd day of December 2018 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Children’s Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4; | ||
(b) sections 60 and 61 (other than paragraph (b)(i)(I)). | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||

Monday 3 December 2018 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Childrens Health Act 2018 (No. 27 of 2018) will come into operation: Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 and sections 60 and 61 (excluding paragraph (b)(i)(I)). |
