S.I. No. 111/2017 - Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2017.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 31st March, 2017.

I, KATHERINE ZAPPONE, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 31st day of March 2017 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015) shall come into operation:

(a) section 3;

(b) section 4(d);

(c) sections 27 to 30;

(d) section 32.
