MINERALS DEVELOPMENT ACT 2017


An Act to make further and better provision for the development of minerals in the State and for that purpose to repeal the Minerals Company Acts 1941 to 1950 and certain provisions of the Minerals Development Acts 1940 to 1999, to make consequential amendments to other Acts, to give effect to Article 3.3 of the Minamata Convention on Mercury done at Geneva on 19 January 2013, to amend the Continental Shelf Act 1968 , and to provide for related matters.
