S.I. No. 69/2016 - Change of Name of Railway Safety Commission to Commission for Railway Regulation (Appointed Day) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd February, 2016.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (1) of the Public Transport Act 2016 (No. 3 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Change of Name of Railway Safety Commission to Commission for Railway Regulation (Appointed Day) Order 2016.

2. The day appointed for the purposes of section 4 (1) of the Public Transport Act 2016 (No. 3 of 2016) is 29 February 2016.
