S.I. No. 607/2016 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State for the Office of Public Works and Flood Relief) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 16th December, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby orders as follows;

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State for the Office of Public Works and Flood Relief) Order 2016.

2. Mr Eugene Deering, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the office of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Sean Canney, Minister of State for the Office of Public Works and Flood Relief at the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform with effect from 15 November, 2016.
