S.I. No. 392/2016 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2016.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (S.I. No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government) Order 2016.

2. Ms. Caitriona Fitzpatrick, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 7 May 2016.

3. Mr. Bob Jordan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government with effect from 5 July 2016.
