Amendment of section 15 of Principal Act

15. Section 15 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (4) (a), by the substitution of “the Authority” for “the Minister”, and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (5), by the insertion of “, following consultation with the Authority,” after “Garda Commissioner”.
