Repeals and miscellaneous amendments

86. (1) The Principal Act is amended in the manner specified in the Schedule.
|
|
| |
(2) The following provisions of the Principal Act are repealed:
|
|
| |
(a) section 115(2)(i);
|
|
| |
(b) section 126;
|
|
| |
(c) section 190(2)(b).
|
