I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2. The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Regulations 2014 are amended in the Schedule by— (a) the insertion after the entry relating to Biobest Laboratories, of

“Dairygold Milk Testing Laboratory,

Mallow,

Co. Cork

www.dairygold.ie, and

“FBA Laboratories Ltd.,

Industrial Estate Cappoquin,

Co. Waterford

www.fba-labs.com”, and

(b) the substitution for the entry relating to FBA Laboratories Ltd., of:

“Glanbia Ingredients (Ireland) Ltd., Central Laboratory,

Dungarvan Business Park,

Dungarvan,

Co Waterford.www.glanbia.com.”

These regulations amend the entry in the list of Designated Laboratories of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Regulations 2014 relating to FBA Laboratories Ltd., and inserts Glanbia Ingredients (Ireland) Ltd., Central Laboratory and Dairygold Milk Testing Laboratory, to the list of Designated Laboratories.
