S.I. No. 301/2014 - Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th July, 2014.

I, FERGUS O’DOWD, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 69 of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010 (No. 10 of 2010) and the Energy and Natural Resources (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 631 of 2011 ) and after consultation with Inland Fisheries Ireland, hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

2. The Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 573 of 2013 ) are amended in Regulation 25(k) by substituting for paragraph (k) the following:

“(k) Regulation 20(2), (3), (4) and (8)”.

This Order amends the Wild Salmon and Sea Trout Tagging Scheme Regulations 2013 ( S.I. No. 573 of 2013 ) in Regulation 25(k) by substituting for paragraph (k) the following:

“(k) Regulation 20(2), (3), (4) and (8)”.
