Amendment of section 3 of Appropriation Act 1999 | ||

4. Section 3 of the Appropriation Act 1999 is amended with effect from 1 January 2015— | ||
(a) by substituting “1 January 2015” for “1 January 2006”, | ||
(b) by substituting “Minister for Health” for “Health Service Executive” in both places where it occurs, and | ||
(c) by substituting “his or her functions” for “its functions”. |
