Amendment of section 28 of Act of 2002

63. Section 28 of the Act of 2002 is amended—

(a) by substituting “this Part or Part 3A” for “this Part” in each place where it occurs, and

(b) by substituting “section 18(1), or section 28B(1),” for “section 18(1)” in each place where it occurs.
