Amendment of section 16 of Act of 1992
20. Section 16 of the Act of 1992 is amended—
(a) by the substitution of “authorised person or inspector” for “authorised person” in each place where it occurs, and
(b) by the substitution of “of the Agency” for “appointed by the Agency”.
