S.I. No. 428/2013 - Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th November, 2013.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 of the Immigration Act 2004 (No. 1 of 2004) (as adapted by the Justice and Law Reform (Alteration of Name and Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 138 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas)(Amendment) Order 2013.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 18th November 2013.

2. The Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order 2012 ( S.I. No. 417 of 2012 ) is amended, in Schedule 2, by inserting “Thailand” after “Serbia”.
