S.I. No. 189/2013 - Water Services Act 2007 (Re-inspection) Regulations 2013.


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sections 18 and 70L (1) (as inserted by Section 4 of the Water Services (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 2 of 2012)) of the Water Services 2007 (No. 30 of 2007), hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Water Services Act 2007 (Re-inspection) Regulations 2013.

Application for re-inspection

2. An application for the purpose of Section 70H(7)(a) of the Water Services Act 2007 shall—

(a) be in the form prescribed in the Schedule hereto, and shall contain the particulars specified therein, and

(b) be accompanied by a fee of €20.
