Amendment of Schedule 12 to Principal Act (employee share ownership trusts)

19. Schedule 12 to the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in paragraph 11(2B)(e) by substituting “20 years” for “15 years”, and

(b) in paragraph 11A(5)(e) by substituting “20 years” for “15 years”.
