Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th May, 2011.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 2 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 5) Order 2011.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Innovation conferred on him—

(a) by or under the Acts specified in Part 1 of the Schedule,

(b) by or under the provision of the Act specified in Part 2 of the Schedule, and

(c) under the regulations specified in Part 3 of the Schedule,

are delegated to John Perry, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Innovation.
