S.I. No. 511/2010 - Adoption Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th November, 2010.

I, BARRY ANDREWS, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Adoption Act 2010 (No. 21 of 2010) and the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 508 of 2010 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption Act 2010 (Commencement) Order 2010.

2. The 1st day of November 2010 is appointed as the day on which the Adoption Act 2010 (No. 21 of 2010) comes into operation.
