Amendment of section 16 of Act of 1996.

153.— Section 16(2) of the Act of 1996 is amended—

(a) in paragraph (b), by inserting “, registration in a civil partnership” before “or death”, and

(b) in paragraph (c), by inserting “or registered in a civil partnership” after “remarried”.
