3.— (1) This Act may be cited as the Enforcement of Court Orders (Amendment) Act 2009.

(2) The Enforcement of Court Orders Acts 1926 and 1940 and this Act may be cited together as the Enforcement of Court Orders Acts 1926 to 2009.
