The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources) (No. 2) Order 2008. | ||
2. Suzanne Duke, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, is appointed to be Special Adviser to Seán Power, Minister of State at the Department of Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, with effect from 13 May 2008. | ||
