APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR FINANCE) ORDER 2008 | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Finance) Order 2008. | ||
2. Ms. Cathy Herbert, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, Government Buildings, Upper Merrion Street, Dublin on 12 May 2008, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Finance, with effect from 7 May 2008. | ||
