S.I. No. 869/2007 - Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22 of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (No. 46 of 2003), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.

2. These Regulations come into operation on the 1st day of January 2008.

3. The Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) Regulations 2004 are amended in Regulation 5, by the substitution of €900 by “€1050”.

These Regulations provide an amendment to the charges the Personal Injuries Assessment Board may make on respondents under the Personal Injuries Assessment Board (Fees) Regulations 2004. These charges are in respect of the processing by the Board of applications under section 11 of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (No. 46 of 2003). The Regulations come into operation on the 1st day of January 2008.
