GREYHOUND RACE TRACK (TOTALISATOR) (OPERATING) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2007 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st February, 2008. | ||
Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by subsection (3) of Section 40 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) hereby makes the following regulation, that is to say— | ||
(1) The minimum unit on Win and Place Pools ONLY shall be €2. (minimum unit on all other pools shall remain at €1.) | ||
(2) The minimum totalisator dividend on ALL POOLS shall be 1 euro. | ||
(3) The regulation shall come into operation on 13th day of November 2007. | ||

The effect of this regulation is to amend the Greyhound Race Track (Totalisator) (Operating) Regulations 1971 to allow for the minimum unit on all win and place pools to be €2. |
