HEALTH AND CHILDREN (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (NO. 4) ORDER 2007 | ||
Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and Children and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Health and Children (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2007. | ||
2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Health and Children conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule to this Order are delegated to Jimmy Devins, Minister of State at the Department of Health and Children. | ||
