APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR JUSTICE, EQUALITY AND LAW REFORM) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th August, 2007.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform) Order 2007.

2. Ms. Cathy Herbert, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform, 94 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 on 24 July 2007, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 14 June 2007.
