ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 2001 — PART 3 ORDER 2002 (REVOCATION) ORDER 2007

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th May, 2007.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5(4) of the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 15 of 2004), hereby orders as follows:-

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 — Part 3 Order 2002 (Revocation) Order 2007.

2. The Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 — Part 3 Order 2002 is hereby revoked.
