SOCIAL WELFARE (CONSOLIDATED CLAIMS, PAYMENTS AND CONTROL) (AMENDMENT) (No. 1) (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS 2007

The Minister for Social and Family Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Social Welfare Consolidation Act 2005 (No. 26 of 2005), hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and construction.
|
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) (Amendment) (No. 1) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2007.
|

(2) These Regulations and the Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control Provisions) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 142 of 2007) shall be construed together as one and may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) Regulations 2007.
|
|
|
Commencement.
|
2. (a) Article 3 comes into operation on 30 March, 2007.
|

(b) Article 4 comes into operation on 6 April, 2007.
|
|
|
Amendment to citation.
|
3. The Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control Provisions) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 142 of 2007) are amended in article 1 by deleting “Provisions”.
4. The Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) (Amendment) (Carer's Income Disregard and Family Income Supplement) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No. 148 of 2007) are amended in article 1 by deleting “Provisions”.

These regulations correct a printing error in the citation of the Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) Regulations and the Social Welfare (Consolidated Claims, Payments and Control) (Amendment) (Carer's Income Disregard and Family Income Supplement) Regulations 2007.
