I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Health and Children, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20(2) of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 6 of 2004), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2007. | ||
3. The 31st day of May 2007 is appointed as the day on which section 9 (in so far as it relates to subsections (1) and (3) of section 38 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 (No. 6 of 2002)) of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 6 of 2004) shall come into operation. | ||

The Order commences section 9 (in so far as it related to subsections (1) and (3) of section 38 of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002 ) of the Public Health (Tobacco) (Amendment) Act 2004 , from 31 May 2007. |
