Amendment of Act of 2000.

6.— The Act of 2000 is amended—

(a) in section 26, by deleting—

(i) in subsection (1), “paragraph (a) or (c) of”, and

(ii) subsection (2),

and

(b) in section 27(1), by deleting “paragraph (a) or (c) of”.
