HARBOURS ACT 1996 (ANNAGASSAN PIER COMMISSIONERS) TRANSFER ORDER 2006 | ||||||
I, MARTIN CULLEN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 88(2) of the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996), as adapted by the Maritime Transport, Safety and Security (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order 2005 ( S.I. No. 842 of 2005 ), and with the consent of the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Annagassan Pier Commissioners) Transfer Order 2006. 2. This Order comes into operation on 1 December 2006. 3. The property, rights and liabilities and every member of staff of Annagassan Pier Commissioners are transferred to Louth County Council. | ||||||

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government consents to the making of the foregoing Order. | ||||||
