Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board (Establishment Day) Order 2006

I, Michael McDowell, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 of the Criminal Law (Insanity) Act 2006 (No. 11 of 2006), hereby order as follows:

1.        This Order may be cited as the Mental Health (Criminal Law) Review Board (Establishment Day) Order 2006.

2.        The 27th day of September, 2006 is appointed to be the establishment day.
