Appointment of Special Advisor (Minister for Finance) Order 2006

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisor (Minister for Finance) Order, 2006.

2. Mr. Colin Hunt, c/o Department of Finance, Government Buildings Upper Merrion Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Advisor to the Minister for Finance with effect from 11 September 2006.
