Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (Section 31) (Commencement) Order 2006

I, Bertie Ahern, Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(2) of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 18 of 2005), hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (Section 31) (Commencement) Order 2006.

2.  The 4th day of July 2006 is appointed as the day on which section 31 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 18 of 2005) shall come into operation.
