Amendment of section 91 of Act of 2001.
|
138.— Section 91 of the Act of 2001 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (1)—
|
|
| |
(i) by the deletion of “or” in paragraph (b),
|
|
| |
(ii) by the substitution of “subject, or” for “subject.” in paragraph (c), and
|
|
| |
(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (c):
|
|
| |
“(d) under section 257D.”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (4), by the insertion of “or under section 257D” after “charged”.
|
