ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT 2001 — PART 3 ORDER 2002 (REVOCATION) ORDER 2005

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 5(4) of the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2004 (No. 15 of 2004), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment Act 2001 — Part 3 Order 2002 (Revocation) Order 2005.

2. The Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 — Part 3 Order 2002, insofar as it relates to the Dáil constituency of Meath is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes, insofar as it relates to the Dáil constituency of Meath, the Electoral (Amendment) Act 2001 — Part 3 Order 2002 which requires use of electronic voting and counting in the constituency.
