S.I. No. 629 of 2005 .

CIVIL SERVICE REGULATION (AMENDMENT) ACT 2005 (SECTION 8) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2005.

I, BRIAN COWEN, Minister for Finance in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2(1) of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (No. 18 of 2005) hereby order as follows:

1.  This Order may be cited as the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 (Section 8) (Commencement Order 2005.

2.  The day of September 2005 is appointed as the day on which section 8 of the Civil Service Regulation (Amendment) Act 2005 shall come into operation.
